_{ConnectingCultures is a fast growing consultancy specialised in providing workshops and training sessions in the field of CQ – cultural intelligence, cross-cultural & virtual collaboration, global leadership as well as diversity and inclusion and unconscious bias.}

_{We are looking for consultants to facilitate workshops, mainly in the field of cultural intelligence, as we currently have enough DE&I trainers.}

_{About the job:}

_{You will facilitate in-person and virtual workshops, courses and talks on cultural intelligence, awareness and diversity mainly for private businesses. (find our client list on our home page)}

_{You will also have the opportunity to develop new training concepts and co-create workshop content in collaboration with our principal consultants, our CEO and our many country specialists.}

_{About you:}

_{We are looking for a colleague with in-depth knowledge within the field of CQ who has extensive experience designing and facilitating workshops, preferable both in-person and virtually.}

_{We expect you to have:}

• _{5+ years experience working with Cultural Intelligence}
• _{Extensive training / facilitation experience}
• _{5+ years of international experience, either working in an international company or working abroad}
• _{Experience or at least willingness to learn how to facilitate virtually on platforms like ZOOM and TEAMS}
• _{A relevant academic background}
• _{Fluency in English and preferably also in Danish}
• _{Passion for cross-cultural collaboration and diversity & inclusion}

_{Our office is located in Gothersgade in Copenhagen, but we have years of experience as mobile workers and we do workshops across all of Denmark (and sometimes abroad). This means that you can apply from anywhere in Denmark, as long as you are willing to join us a couple of times a month in Copenhagen.}

_{We are happy to receive international applicants, but you must live in Denmark and have experience working with Danes.}
