Som dansker på en dansk arbejdsplads kan vi nemt tro, at vi har knækket koden, når det kommer til kommunikation, ledelse og inklusion. Men med Signe Øroms workshop fik vi et tiltrængt wake-up call, der satte lys på blinde vinkler og gav os konkrete værktøjer til at forstå og arbejde bedre på tværs af de mange kulturer og nationaliteter, vores institut rummer. The cross culture training delivered by Signe is really helpful to me – it’s the first time I understand the culture issue in a very systematic and also comprehensive way. Det var helt vildt godt i går! Alle mine kollegaer samt mine frivillige var meget begejstrede. I et survey blev de adspurgt, hvor tilfredse de var med oplægget på en skala fra 1-5 (hvor 1 var ”not very” og 5 var ”very much”. Har har 30% svaret 4 og 70 % svaret 5! Så de var meget tilfredse. På den danske ambassade i Brasilia havde vi fornøjelsen af at have Signe Ørom til at afholde et heldags medarbejderseminar i interkulturel teambuilding i oktober 2015.
