Minna is a Principal Consultant at ConnectingCultures. She has extensive experience in intercultural communication, cross-cultural collaboration, and cultural intelligence. For over 10 years, she has worked on developing strong global teams with a focus on cultural intelligence, diversity, and inclusion. She also has extensive experience in global leadership.

Alongside her work at ConnectingCultures, Minna is an Associate Professor in Cross-Cultural Management and Communication at Copenhagen Business School (CBS), where she researches and teaches intercultural communication, cross-cultural leadership, and diversity, inclusion, and unconscious bias. Minna holds a PhD in Management from IESE Business School (Spain) and an executive coaching qualification from INSEAD (France).

Minna is a TEDx speaker and has an extensive list of publications in the field. Her current research focuses on multicultural collaboration and equality in international workplaces.

Minna loves music—both creating it and, especially, listening to it. Born in Bulgaria, she has lived in several countries and now resides on Frederiksberg with her Spanish-Peruvian husband and their two children.
