Thomas holds a Master’s degree in IT and Organization, with a focus on leading virtual and global teams. He has 15 years of leadership experience in a global context and has lived for eight years in Belgium and Malaysia.

Thomas has extensive experience in developing global organizations and teams, with deep expertise in global sourcing strategy, designing effective global processes, and 24/7 global delivery of complex services. He is comfortable communicating with all levels of an organization.

He lives in Værløse with his Chinese wife and their children. In his free time, he pursues high-level photography and enjoys being in nature.
