We offer two types of services: skills development and analytical work within two areas of expertise: CQ – Cultural Intelligence, and DEI – Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Skills Development and Analytical Work

We work within two areas of expertise:

  1. CQ (Cultural Intelligence)

  2. DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion)

 

We offer two types of services:

  1. Skills Development: Workshops, lectures, and events

  2. Analytical Work

 

We often combine these services, starting with an analysis and then tailoring skills development and courses based on the results of that analysis.

You can receive courses in cultural understanding and diversity and inclusion as workshops, lectures, one-on-one training, programs, or business consulting. Regardless of your choice, we always tailor our training to your specific needs. Do you want to be inspired by a motivational lecture? Or are you aiming to develop your employees’ cultural competencies through a full-day workshop? Perhaps you want to go all-in and, through a longer program, develop a multicultural team to leverage its diverse composition. Our workshops, lectures, and programs can be delivered either in-person or virtually.

Skills Development

We also conduct inclusion assessments, which can be used to further develop inclusive leadership and DEI initiatives.

Workshops

Half- or full-day workshops that effectively develop your cultural competencies, whether you aim to sharpen your global mindset, increase knowledge of the business culture in a specific country or region, or build trust and improve communication in virtual teams.

Keynotes

Inspiring and interactive lectures that provide insights into the business culture of a specific country/region or cover topics you wish to address (for example, global leadership, motivation across cultures, virtual teams, the impact of body language across cultures, high-performing virtual teams, etc.).

One-on-One Training

One-on-one training that specifically develops an individual’s skills. This training is often provided for leaders of global or multicultural teams, as well as for leaders or employees (and their families) who are being expatriated or repatriated.

How a Typical Cultural Training Session Works

Through dialogue, we design a program that matches your needs and objectives. Before the cultural training, we send you a questionnaire to clarify your challenges and goals and to give us insight into how you collaborate internationally. We typically hold the training at your location or another venue that suits you.
