We often combine these services, starting with an analysis and then tailoring skills development and courses based on the results of that analysis.
You can receive courses in cultural understanding and diversity and inclusion as workshops, lectures, one-on-one training, programs, or business consulting. Regardless of your choice, we always tailor our training to your specific needs. Do you want to be inspired by a motivational lecture? Or are you aiming to develop your employees’ cultural competencies through a full-day workshop? Perhaps you want to go all-in and, through a longer program, develop a multicultural team to leverage its diverse composition. Our workshops, lectures, and programs can be delivered either in-person or virtually.
We also conduct inclusion assessments, which can be used to further develop inclusive leadership and DEI initiatives.
Half- or full-day workshops that effectively develop your cultural competencies, whether you aim to sharpen your global mindset, increase knowledge of the business culture in a specific country or region, or build trust and improve communication in virtual teams.
Inspiring and interactive lectures that provide insights into the business culture of a specific country/region or cover topics you wish to address (for example, global leadership, motivation across cultures, virtual teams, the impact of body language across cultures, high-performing virtual teams, etc.).
One-on-one training that specifically develops an individual’s skills. This training is often provided for leaders of global or multicultural teams, as well as for leaders or employees (and their families) who are being expatriated or repatriated.
Long-term programs in which we work over a period of time to develop the skills of your leaders or employees and implement new behaviors. The program can also focus on teams and the development of a new shared culture within the team.
Consulting, for example in connection with mergers of companies located in different countries, the opening of branches in new countries, or strategic considerations regarding compensation, motivation, or other related matters.
We also offer our workshops, lectures, and programs virtually via Teams or Zoom, using a variety of digital platforms to make the training interactive and engaging. Virtual workshops are most often conducted for global teams.
We develop customized e-learning courses using Articulate 360, which are flexible and can be adapted to work seamlessly on all types of LMS platforms. Our solutions create engaging learning experiences and are easy to implement within your existing digital infrastructure.
We offer analyses that provide deep insights into organizational culture, behavior, and collaboration patterns. We help companies understand their employees, processes, and dynamics, enabling them to make more targeted and effective decisions.
The tools are used in one-on-one coaching to focus on a leader’s key attention areas in multicultural teams and to analyze the team’s composition, as well as employees’ strengths and challenges. The integration of profile tools provides insights into both general cultural trends and the team’s unique preferences.
An online test that indicates your work style preferences across 13 cultural dimensions. You can compare your personal profile with research-based insights on general trends in 98 countries. At the same time, the test assesses and provides an indication of how strong your global mindset is across four factors: CQ Drive, CQ Knowledge, CQ Action, and CQ Strategy.
An online profile test that indicates your personal work preferences across five cultural dimensions, measuring hierarchy, individualism, risk-taking, communication styles, and relationships. You can compare your personal profile with general trends in 92 countries, your team as a whole, and each individual team member, and then develop forward-looking strategies.
An online test that, in addition to including GlobeSmart tools, takes a closer look at the team and highlights its strengths and weaknesses, as well as the areas the team could benefit from focusing on for improvement.
Personality tests designed to create understanding of one’s own and others’ behavior. They measure various dimensions, such as extroverted or introverted; sensing or intuitive; thinking or feeling; judging or perceiving. We can integrate cultural dimensions with these personality-oriented insights, thereby fostering a deeper understanding of one another. We primarily use this tool in one-on-one coaching sessions and for team development.
An online test that measures an individual’s contribution to the team and the team’s overall resource profile. We use the test in workshops for multicultural teams, where it can add a more personal perspective to the cultural differences within the team.
A fun and innovative process tool that can be integrated into a workshop for multicultural teams. We most often use it to develop a new shared team culture and to focus on how to leverage the team’s cultural (and personal) differences in a positive way within the team.
Through dialogue, we design a program that matches your needs and objectives. Before the cultural training, we send you a questionnaire to clarify your challenges and goals and to give us insight into how you collaborate internationally. We typically hold the training at your location or another venue that suits you.
