Mikkel has over 15 years of experience in recruitment, retention, and talent development within global companies, including a period living and working in France. In addition to leading and supporting multicultural teams, he specialises in designing and implementing leadership programs, organisational strategies, and employee development initiatives for international organisations, helping them build high-performing, culturally competent teams.
He is a certified expert in Cultural Intelligence (CQ), a systemic Process Consultant, and holds multiple certifications in personality and professional development assessments. Mikkel is trained to facilitate both in-person and virtual workshops, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences across diverse settings.
Based on Amager, Mikkel lives with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys exploring unique and offbeat experiences both locally and internationally, combining his passion for travel, culture, and lifelong learning.
