Her expertise includes facilitating cultural intelligence and collaboration in multicultural teams and contexts, as well as international business coaching and advising on global change management, mergers, and acquisitions.
With over 20 years of international experience, she has worked on global projects in more than 30 countries and speaks German, English, Danish, and Mandarin. Throughout her international career, she has worked in the pharmaceutical, consulting, biotech, and finance sectors. As a consultant, she has facilitated workshops across all industries. Shiu-Jene holds a Master’s degree in International Management & Chinese from the University of Applied Sciences in Bremen, Germany.
Shiu-Jene is a proud mother of two daughters, married to her Danish husband, and is passionate about hot-room circuit training—practicing it four times a week as her personal version of power therapy in motion.
