You may know the concept of Circle Training? In Cultural Circle Training, we swap weights and machines for knowledge, curiosity, perspective-taking, and the ability to act with cultural intelligence.
Braintertainment
In each circle, you train one of the four parameters of cultural intelligence (CQ)
In each circle, you develop one of the four dimensions of cultural intelligence (CQ) through exercises, dialogue, and small challenges. Like a workout at the gym, it gets your pulse racing – but focused on collaboration, awareness, and the confidence to embrace diversity!
Brief keynote on cultural intelligence
We typically begin with a brief keynote on cultural intelligence, and then you enter your first circle, moving through all four circles in sequence:

CQ Brain-cirklen,
where you challenge your knowledge of cultures, norms, and differences, discover how much (or little) you really know, and see the vast potential that lies in cultural diversity.

CQ Heart-cirklen,
where you cultivate motivation, openness, and curiosity – learning to leverage your own mindset as a driving force when encountering differences.

CQ Eye-cirklen,
where you develop the skill to view the world from others’ perspectives – and learn to interpret actions when non-verbal cues come from a culture different from your own.

CQ Muscle-cirklen,
where you turn what you’ve learned into action – through hands-on exercises that enhance your cultural intelligence in interactions with global colleagues.
Along the way, you will also:
●
Collect points and complete challenges as you move from circle to circle
●
Engage actively with yourself and your colleagues in short, high-energy sessions
●
Experience how the four dimensions together create stronger collaboration across cultures and differences
●
Conclude the training with a group reflection that ties the four circles together into one cohesive experience
