DEI - Diversity- and inclusion training

Diversity and inclusion workshops for diverse teams and groups

Our DEI training equips your team to embrace diversity – so that everyone thrives, has equal opportunities, and the big potential found in differences is activated.

Diversity and inclusion

Workshop - achieve diversity bonus

Studies show that diverse teams have the potential to perform and innovate about 30% better than non-diverse teams.

In other words, diversity can become a real competitive advantage for both the team and the organization as a whole.
But diversity alone is not enough. To reap the benefits, it requires an inclusive culture and deliberate efforts and behaviors to create a space where different perspectives are heard, recognized, and actively utilized. It is this inclusive culture and these conscious choices and actions that activate the potential of cognitive diversity—allowing you to achieve what we call the diversity bonus.

Takeaways from the DEI-workshop:

In our diversity and inclusion workshop, you’ll gain new, evidence-based insights into how diversity factors such as cultural background, gender, personality, professional background, age, and more can add value to your team—and how diversity also shapes your team members’ preferences. We challenge your unconscious biases and support your journey from unconscious bias to bias-aware, inclusive collaboration and behavior.

During the workshop, we co-create new inclusive work practices that fit your team’s rhythm and culture. In other words, you’ll leave with strategies for cultivating an inclusive and bias-aware mindset.

Sometimes, it’s the small adjustments that make a real impact.

We’ll work with both personal strategies and practical ways to implement an inclusive culture within your team or organization.

Thank you for a truly great Diversity & Inclusion workshop. One of our goals was to use the workshop as a mental anchor point for the organization—something we could connect future activities to. These will be driven by our internal D&I working group, and several participants have since volunteered to join—including developers I hadn’t expected to step forward—so we’ve achieved that goal. D&I also made its way into several informal conversations over a beer or drink during the evening—again, a great sign. In other words, the workshop gave us the inspiration and momentum we needed to move forward with this important agenda.

Once again, thank you for last Friday — it was excellent, and everyone, including a few “skeptics,” has given very positive feedback in our evaluation.
