Diversity and inclusion

Activate diversity

Diversity and inclusion, or DEI/DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging), has become a key focus in modern organizations – promoting employee well-being while also driving significant value and competitive advantage for the organization.

Diversity and inclusion

DEI training and inclusion measurement

Research shows that organizations that actively embrace diversity gain significant benefits – including higher employee engagement, more and better innovative solutions, stronger collaboration, and improved bottom-line results.

DEI kurser og Inklusionsmålinger

Through our DEI competence development programs, courses, and inclusion assessments, your organization gains concrete tools and insights to unlock the potential of a diverse workforce. We focus on four key DEIB areas:

  • Experiences of inclusion, non-inclusion, and exclusion

  • Belonging

  • Accessibility

  • Career development

We work with you to build an inclusive culture where diversity becomes a strength – where employees feel connected to the workplace, experience equal opportunities, and are part of an environment that is accessible, welcoming, and values everyone. This is where real value is created, turning diversity into well-being, innovation, and collective progress.

We want to extend a huge thank you for joining our diverse team. You really managed to capture the interest and attention from the audience and your tempo, flow and content was brilliant!

Cognitive
diversity

In Denmark, the diversity debate has long been mostly about gender

To utilize the potential of diversity, we must think more broadly across age, culture, professional background, language, and experience—we call this cognitive diversity, which is diversity in ways of thinking, solving problems, and contributing.

Diversity in itself is not enough. To reap the diversity bonus, it requires active effort: creating an inclusive culture, developing good strategies, and training employees and leaders in inclusive collaboration.

When we design work processes that allow space for different perspectives and create psychological safety, well-being, innovation, and performance all increase.

Diversity only becomes a strength when it is actively used—are you ready to put it into play in your organization?

We turn insight into action through exercises, reflections, and case work, ensuring that participants leave with concrete strategies they can apply immediately. In this way, learning becomes embedded in everyday practice, and future decisions are made on a solid foundation of knowledge.

Our experienced consultants have many years of expertise in facilitating workshops on Cultural Intelligence, Diversity & Inclusion, leadership, and collaboration.

That was absolutely fantastic yesterday! All my colleagues, as well as my volunteers, were very enthusiastic. In a survey, they were asked how satisfied they were with the presentation on a scale from 1-5 (where 1 was “not very” and 5 was “very much”). 30% answered 4 and 70% answered 5! So, they were extremely satisfied. So, great satisfaction and high praise to you. Mikkel was simply so good at engaging everyone and pointing out certain things in a non-generalizing way, but where it still created recognition for many. Thank you very much!
