Mette

Mette holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Aarhus University and has extensive experience with diversity and inclusion in the business sector. She was born in Denmark and has lived in Scotland and England. In addition, her work has taken her to countries such as Japan, Belgium, Norway, and China.

With experience across a wide range of HR disciplines and as a leader of Diversity and Inclusion at both Novo Nordisk and Ørsted, Mette possesses strong expertise in D&I, leadership development, and change management. She now works as a consultant, facilitator, and trainer with a focus on the D&I agenda.

Outside of work, Mette spends time with her family and enjoys exploring new topics within psychology as well as current affairs.
