Culture and Personality – when psychology and culture cross

How much of our behavior is shaped by personality, and how much by culture?

In this workshop, we explore how personality profiles (e.g., JTI, MBTI, DISC, Insights, KP Explorer, and PAPI) and cultural patterns influence each other—and how to avoid confusing the two.

You should choose this workshop if:

The cross culture training delivered by Signe is really helpful to me – it’s the first time I understand the culture issue in a very systematic and also comprehensive way.
