Only when we understand our own preferences and the differences we may encounter in a diverse team regarding, for example, expectations of the leader, decision making processes, and feedback, can we work on becoming inclusive leaders.

Inclusive leadership programs can be conducted with leadership teams—either in-person or virtually—or as one-on-one coaching sessions.
